Do you accept refunds/exchanges?
Any custom engraved or monogrammed pieces are final sale, and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return.
Any non-custom items are eligible for return or exchange if:
- Unwashed and unworn
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- Are in their original packaging
- Are received within 30 days of shipment.
Please make sure that the item(s) you are returning meet the above return guidelines. We have the right to deny your return request that does not meet the guidelines and the item(s) will be shipped back to the customer. Return shipping is at customers cost.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your return parcel, please give us 30 days to process your return request. After your return is approved, you will then receive a confirmation email and your refund will be returned to your original payment method. We cannot refund to a different method of payment than was used when checking out. Original shipping cost or any additional bank fees that may apply are not included in the refunded price.
*Please note that depending on your bank or method of payment (ie: Paypal), it may take around 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
What do I do if I received a damaged item, or I received the wrong order?
We deeply apologize! Please send us a photo of the defective or incorrect piece along with your order number to email@example.com and we will happily to resolve the issue!
