Privacy policy
Section 1 - What Do We Do With Your Data?
When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address, and email address, as part of the buying and selling process. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address to provide us with information about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.
Section 2 - Consent
How do I give permission?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, you consent to us collecting and using that information only for that specific purpose. If we need your personal information for another purpose, such as marketing, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with the opportunity to withdraw your consent.
How can I withdraw my consent?
If you change your mind after registration, you may withdraw your consent to the continued collection, use, or disclosure of your information at any time by contacting us.
Section 3 - Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Section 4 - Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored in Shopify's data stores, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose to use a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card information. These are encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction information will only be stored for as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. Once the transaction is completed, your transaction data will be deleted.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure processing of credit card information in our shop and with our service providers. You can also find more information in the Shopify Terms and Conditions (https://www.shopify.com/legal/terms) or the Privacy Policy (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy).
Section 5 - Services Provided By Third-Party Suppliers
In general, the third-party service providers we use will collect, use, and share your information only as necessary to provide the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party vendors, such as payment gateways and other payment processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. We recommend that you read the privacy policies of these providers so that you understand how your personal data is processed by them.
In particular, please note that some providers may be located in a different country than you or us or may have facilities in a different country. So if you process a transaction through the services of a third-party provider, your information may be subject to the laws of the country in which that provider or its facilities are located.
For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed through a payment gateway located in the United States, your personal information used to complete that transaction may be subject to disclosure under U.S. law, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms of Service.
When you click on links in our store, they may direct you away from our website. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of other websites and recommend that you read their privacy statements.
Google Analytics: Our store uses Google Analytics to track who visits our website and which pages are viewed.
Section 6 - Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry-standard practices to ensure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
When you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and apply other generally accepted industry standards.
Section 7 - Cookies
Like many websites, we use Cookies on our Site. For specific information about the Cookies that we use related to powering our store with Shopify, see https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies. We use Cookies to power and improve our Site and our Services (including to remember your actions and preferences), to run analytics and better understand user interaction with the Services (in our legitimate interests to administer, improve and optimize the Services). We may also permit third parties and services providers to use Cookies on our Site to better tailor the services, products and advertising on our Site and other websites.
Disabling Cookies
Most browsers automatically accept Cookies by default, but you can choose to set your browser to remove or reject Cookies through your browser controls. Please keep in mind that removing or blocking Cookies can negatively impact your user experience and may cause some of the Services, including certain features and general functionality, to work incorrectly or no longer be available. Additionally, blocking Cookies may not completely prevent how we share information with third parties such as our advertising partners.
You may configure your cookie settings on our website through our cookie banner (which appears when you first come to our website).
Section 8 - Changes To This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, so you should check it periodically. Changes and clarifications will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. If we make any material changes to this policy, we will notify you here of the changes so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our company is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
